PTS is committed to delivering work that meets agreed customer requirements and is suitable for its intended purpose. Our quality approach focuses on clear scope, reliable inputs, appropriate review and controlled delivery.
Before starting work, we establish the deliverables, intended users, applicable customer standards, input responsibilities and acceptance criteria. Assumptions and exclusions are documented and discussed with the customer.
Technical and process content must be based on identified sources and information supplied or approved for the engagement. Gaps, contradictions and unverified assumptions are raised with the appropriate owner rather than silently treated as facts.
We plan review stages appropriate to the work, including customer subject-matter input where required. Comments, decisions and unresolved questions are recorded. Release follows the agreed approval arrangements.
We identify versions and manage changes so the delivery status is clear. Changes affecting scope, schedule or cost are assessed and agreed through the project arrangements.
We record material errors, customer feedback and delivery concerns, assess their causes and take proportionate corrective action. Where appropriate, we check whether the action was effective and update our methods.
For each engagement, we agree useful measures such as milestone performance, review completion, unresolved queries and correction trends. Targets reflect the work and customer requirements; website statements do not create universal performance guarantees.
The partners are accountable for maintaining this approach and assigning competent resources. Everyone contributing to the work is expected to raise concerns that could affect accuracy or delivery quality.
We review this policy at least annually and when our work or operating arrangements change. This policy describes our commitments and is not an ISO certificate or a claim of certification.
